30-Day Return Window
We want you to feel confident in your diagnostic scans. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your device to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, uncalibrated, and in its original premium packaging (including all calibration certificates, cables, cases, and accessory probes). It must also include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process

Contact our support team at support@getgaugebuddy.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

If your return is accepted, we will send you a trackable return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an RMA will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee & Return Shipping

For standard consumer items under $100, return shipping is covered by the customer.

For premium diagnostic hardware priced above $200 (such as Thermal Imaging Cameras, Multi-Gas Monitors, and Articulating Borescopes), returns are subject to a 10% restocking and recalibration fee unless the item arrived defective.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
