Shipping Processing Time

All orders of Gauge Buddy precision diagnostic tools are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Because our equipment includes sensitive digital sensors and calibrated optical components, every item undergoes a final quality control check prior to secure packaging.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We provide tracked shipping across the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Insured Shipping: 3–5 business days — FREE for orders over $50 (or $4.95 standard flat rate).

  • Expedited Delivery: 1–2 business days — Available at carrier cost calculated at checkout.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier performance or seasonal peak volumes.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Damages & Sensitive Equipment Insurance

Gauge Buddy LLC provides premium packaging and full shipping insurance for high-value items (such as our Thermal Imaging Cameras and Articulating Borescopes). If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team at support@scannexdigital.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
